Joanna Mennie

Joanna Carton Mennie is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, having completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the University of Ottawa. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons.) from the University of Ottawa. Ms. Mennie began her legal career with Bellissimo Law Group after completing her articling term with the firm a number of years ago. Ms. Mennie practices primarily in our litigation department and has appeared at the Federal Court of Canada, the Immigration Appeal Division, Immigration Division, and Refugee Protection Division. Ms. Mennie has a strong understanding of immigration policy and procedure with a particular focus on complex matters involving inadmissibility.
