2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup!
The Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) Gold Cup tournament of 2015 was kicked off on Tuesday, July 7th. This tournament occurs every two years and is composed of teams selected from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. This year, the following teams are playing: Canada, Panama, Haiti, United States of America, Honduras, Costa Rica, Jamaica, El Salvador, Trinidad & Tobago, Guatemala, Mexico, and Cuba.
Today, July 14th, two of the CONCACAF Gold Cup 2015 matches will be hosted at the BMO Field in Toronto! At 6:00PM Jamaica will face El Salvador and at 8:30PM Canada will play against Costa Rica. This will be Canada’s third match within the tournament, with the first and second being on July 8th and July 11th. Canada has held the title of CONCACAF Gold Cup champions once before in 2000.
