FSW Litigation Update: The file name Mae Joy Tabingo has been named the lead case for the entire class litigation
The file name Mae Joy Tabingo which is our main case has been named the lead case for the entire class litigation. Cross examination to be scheduled very soon and to be conducted next week!
In light of the number of requests our law firm has been receiving, we have re-open the acceptance of applicants who have filed a FSW application before February 27, 2008. We will be accepting new applicants until 9 January 2013!
