Winter –we’re in the thick of it! What does that mean? Well, with all the snow, lower temperatures and sometimes sunny skies, conditions are perfect for lacing-up and heading out for a skate.

Canada is lucky enough to not only have plenty of outdoor rinks to choose from, but also the scenery to make it a memorable experience. To help you in your search for the perfect space, here are some of the most outstanding spots from coast to coast:

Newfoundland and Labrador: If you find yourself out East and with a sharp pair of skates in tow, then slide right over to The Loop. Located in St.John’s within Bannerman Park, this trail is perfect for all!
