Provincial Nominee Program – Yukon Territory

Have a minimum of five years of senior management or direct entrepreneurial experience in a business similar to the one proposed.
Have a personal net worth of at least $250,000 CAD
Invest at least $150,000 CAD in a new or existing business
Have the experience and education to implement the business plan
Have basic communication skills in English and French
Visited Yukon at least once and have an understanding of Yukon’s business and social environment.

Have a guaranteed job offer with a Yukon employer
Have the required certification or accreditation for the specific trade or occupation
Have basic communication skills in the official language of the workplace
Intent to live in Yukon on a permanent basis

Have a temporary work permit and have worked in the position for at least 6 months OR
Obtain a score of 45 or more points on the Pre-Assessment grid
Prove sufficient financial support funds
Be able to conduct basic communications in either English or French
