Counsel Evening Series

The next Immigration Appeal Division Counsel Evening Series is scheduled to be held on February 28th, 2012 in the Donald Lamont Learning Centre at the Law Society of Upper Canada. Registration will begin at 4:30 pm and the Session will take place at 5:30 p.m.

It is anticipated that this program will receive Continuing Professional Development accreditation from the LSUC and ICCRC.

We will be reviewing “Key Practice Cases;” the most important recent IAD related Court decisions and the principles enunciated therein. Other topics being discussed include:  -Efficient and Effective Practice at the IAD, Ethical Issues before the Board
