CBA Press Release Re: Bill C-31!
The Canadian Bar Association (CBA) has issued a press release addressing their concerns with regard to Bill C-31. Specifically, the CBA opposes the broadening of Ministerial discretion to designate countries and irregular arrivals, (e.g. those arriving without papers or under unusual circumstances), and taking away Parliamentary oversight and access to an appeal process.
