Government to Return 300,000 Immigration Applications- What Now?

It is being widely reported that almost 300,000 people who applied before 2008 to come to Canada are having their applications returned to eliminate the backlog of skilled worker applications.  The federal government will be refunding up to $130 million in fees.  But after several years of waiting do most applicants want their money back or a chance to realize their dream of migrating to Canada?  Counsel across Canada will begin to explore legal and migration options for their clients upon review of the proposed plan, as we are here at Bellissimo Law Group.
