All Labour Market Opinions (LMOs) assessed for:
Genuineness of the job offer
Consistency of the job offer with FPT agreements
Returning employers must also demonstrate compliance
Compliance = Employer provided
(i) wages,
(ii) Working conditions and
(iii) Occupation
Substantially the same (STS) as in job offer
