The latest processing times at the Immigration Appeal Division read as follows:

Sponsorship Cases – 1 & 1/2 year to hearing from record received date (add about 2 months)

Removal/Residency Cases – 1 year to hearing from record received date (add about 2 months)

ADR – 5 months from filing the appeal, triage done almost immediately

Maria Shinas is now in charge of the Interpreter’s Unit
