Latest Update – Federal Skilled Worker Class Litigation: Federal Court of Appeal
The Court Trudel J.A. has indicated that a three hour meeting will be held on Wednesday September 18th, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at the Federal Court of Appeal in Toronto to discuss outstanding procedural issues and to organize the appeals.
