Changes in Appeal Rights to the Immigration Appeal Division as a Result of Bill C-43 – the Faster Removal of Foreign Criminals Act

This Operational Bulletin describes changes to subsection 64(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) which specifies the circumstances under which a foreign national, a sponsor or a permanent resident has no right of appeal to the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) of the Immigration and Refugee Board.
