Mario D. Bellissimo Featured In A Toronto Star Article Regarding The Permanent Residence Email Error By Immigration, Refugees, And Citizenship Canada

Applicants affected have lost trust in the process, and Mr. Bellissimo was quoted as saying that “[o]nce a system loses credibility, it is a long road back to respectability”.
