Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, Montreal Considered Some Of The Best Cities To Live In
An interesting global liveability index was recently published by global consulting firm ECA International, ranking 4 Canadian cities as among the best cities to live in for North Americans. Factors taken into consideration include overall quality of living, access to health services and resources, infrastructure, air quality, and quantity of social activities. Toronto topped this global ranking, with Ottawa and Vancouver tied for 3rd, and Montreal coming in 14th.
